新型杀虫、杀螨剂HNPC-A9012合成研究 被引量:3

摘要 以环戊酮为起始原料,经加成、醇解、缩合、环合反应制得中间体3-(2-甲基苯基)-2-氧代-1-氧杂螺[4,4]-壬-3-烯-4-醇,再与氯代特戊酰氯反应制得HNPC-A9012,总收率大于65%(以环戊酮计),含量大于98%。 With cyclopentanone as the starting raw material, HNPC-A9012 was synthesized via intermediate of 3- (2-methylphenyl)-2-oxo-l-oxaspiro[4,4]-dec-3-ene-4-ol in overall yield of 65% with a purity of 98%.
