摘要 以环戊酮为起始原料,经加成、水解、酯化、缩合、环合、缩合反应制备得到螺甲螨酯,通过对多个中间体的工艺优化,提高了产品品质,降低了生产成本。总收率大于60%,产品含量大于98%,方法具有产业化生产前景。 Spiromesifen was synthesized from cyclopentanone in overall yield of 60% via six reaction steps including addition, hydrolysis, esterification, condensation, cyclization and condensation. By optimization on the reaction conditions the quality of the final product was improved and the production cost was decreased, which makes the process be suitable for industrial production of spiromesifen.
