Salen-Mn催化剂的固载化及在环氧化反应中的应用研究

摘要 以HMS(NH2)、HMS-PAMAM(G0)、HMS-PAMAM(G1)、HMS-PAMAM(G2)为载体,采用化学接枝法合成了4种Salen-Mn固相催化剂;用红外光谱、热重分析和滴定分析等手段对其进行了表征,并考察了它们在反式二苯乙烯环氧化反应中的催化活性。结果表明随着HMS-PAMAM代数的增加,催化剂催化活性增强,转化频率降低,催化剂重复使用性能较好。 HMS(NH2), HMS-PAMAM(G0), HMS-PAMAM(G1) and HMS-PAMAM(G2) were separately used as the carriers for the immobilization of Salen-Mn and their applications in the epoxidation of E-stilbene were studied. The results showed that the catalytic activities increased by increasing HMS-PAMAM, but TOF reduced, the heterogeneous catalysts were stable and can be recycled. FT-IR, TG-DSC and titration were applied for the characterization of the catalysts
