摘要
我国从2006年开始启动实施特岗计划,已为农村学校补充了35.6万余名教师。特岗计划政策实施效果总体良好,成为我国农村教师补充的重要机制。其它国家也存在着一些有影响力的教师补充政策,例如美国的Teach for America计划和英国的Teach First计划。将招幕条件作为研究切入口,分析TFA、TF与特岗计划对应聘人员要求的异同和特点,可以为特岗计划招聘条件的完善提供借鉴,进而提高特岗教师队伍的整体水平。
The Special-post Teacher Program was launched in 2006 in China, recruiting more than 356,000 qualified teacher for rural schools by the end of 2013. With effects satisfying, this program has been regarded as one of the teacher supplement policies for rural schools. There are influential teacher supplement policies in foreign counties, such as Teach for America and Teach First. By studying the recruit qualifications of three programs, this essay attempts to compare similarities and differences about the recruit members so as to improve the project and raise up the level of the rural education.
