摘要
对X80螺旋埋弧焊管和原料卷板进行了力学性能试验和金相组织分析,分析结果表明,在原料卷板宽度1/2处和1/4处组织中存在不同程度的偏析带,偏析带内分布有脆硬的板条马氏体和大颗粒Ti和Nb夹杂物;偏析带对X80卷板的屈服强度和抗拉强度影响不大;严重偏析带的出现,降低了原料的冲击韧性,改变了DWTT断口形貌,并且将成为爆破试验中母材爆裂的裂纹源。最后对减少X80卷板偏析带的产生提出了建议。
The mechanical properties tests and metallographic structure analysis were carried out on X80 SAWH pipe and HRC raw material. The result showed that different levels of segregation band distributed in 1/2 and 1/4 position of the raw plate width, along the segregation band distr/buted rigid and brittle lath martensite and large particles inclusions of titanium and niobium, segregation affects the yield strength and tensile strength of X80 HRC slightly,segregation band appeared severely reduce the raw material impact toughness, change the DWTF fracture, and serious segregation will become the crack source of parent material in explosion test. Finally, it proposed suggestion for reducing segregation band of X80 rolled plate.
