摘要 目的考察不同种源金银花在陕西临潼引种栽培后质量的变化,并比较引种与陕西产野生金银花的质量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以绿原酸和木犀草苷为指标,测定不同种源金银花及引种到陕西临潼后,花蕾、茎和叶中绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量变化,并与陕西产野生金银花进行比较。结果种源为山东九间棚和河南封丘金银花引种到陕西临潼后,绿原酸和木犀草苷含量均有所下降,但引种种中2种有效成分的含量均高于本地野生种。结论陕西临潼引种金银花质量符合药用要求,可补充金银花市场需要,具有较高的市场价值。 Objective To investigate the changes of functional components of L.japonica Thunb,before and after transplantation in Shaanxi province,meanwhile,to evaluate the qualities of cultivated and wild-collected products.Methods An HPLC method was used to quantify the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside existed in the flowers,branches or leaves of L.japonica Thunb..Then,the content changes were compared between before and after transplantation.Furthermore,the comparison was evaluated between the cultivated and the wild-collected products.Results After the transplanting,the functional components content decreased;however,the qualities of the transplanted was much better than the local wild-collected products.Conclusion The qualities of the flowers of transplanted L.japonica Thunb.was much better than the local wild plants,and the quality was conformed with the requirements recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010edition).
