摘要
目的设计合成两类用于主动靶向脂质体的新型脂质材料。方法以天然产物胆固醇和乳糖酸或α-亚麻酸为原料,以6-氨基-1-己醇为连接臂制得两类新型脂质材料,所得中间体和目标产物的化学结构经熔点、IR、1 H NMR和质谱进行鉴定。结果所得中间体和产物的化学结构与目标物结构一致。结论成功构建了两类新型脂质材料,为靶向脂质体的制备提供载体材料。
Objective To synthesize two novel lipid materials for the preparation of targeted liposome.Method Starting with cholesterol and lactobionic acid orα-linolenic acid,two lipid materials based on cholesterol were obtained by using 6-amino-1-hexanol as the linker.The chemical structures of the target products were confirmed by IR,^1 H NMR,MS and melting point.Results The structures of the obtained compounds were in accordance with the desired compounds.Conclusion Two new lipid materials were successfully constructed,which can be further used as the carriers for preparation of the targeted liposomes.
