摘要
利用酒糟废液进行了培养苏云金芽孢杆菌以生产生物农药的实验研究。经过对废水预处理、菌种驯化、发酵配方的优化 ,探讨了一条经济可行的工艺路线 。
The tentative results of utilizing distiller’s solubles as main media to produce Bacillus thuringiensis insecticides were reported.The effects of distiller’s solubles pretreatment and Bt strain selection on production and endotoxin formation were studied.The optimal fermentation media in flasks were obtained.The orthogonal test indicated that the optimal nutrient supplement:A1%,B1 5%
