酸化剂对断奶仔猪生产性能及血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Acidifiers on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemistry Indices of Weaning Pigs

本试验旨在研究普通酸化剂与缓释酸化剂对断奶仔猪生产性能及血清生化指标的影响。将270头21日龄健康断奶仔猪随机分为3组．每组3个重复，每个重复30头。对照组饲喂基础日粮，普通酸化剂组和缓释酸化剂组分别在基础日粮中添加0．2％普通酸化剂和0．2％缓释酸化剂，试验期42d。结果表明：2种酸化剂均能显著降低试验全期的饲料增重比．提高仔猪断奶后14～28d的平均日增重，缓释酸化剂还能显著提高断奶后14～28d的平均日采食量（P〈0．05）；缓释酸化剂组结肠内容物pH值显著低于对照组和普通酸化剂组（P〈0．05），IgA水平在断奶后期显著高于对照组和普通酸化剂组（P〈0．05）；同时，除普通酸化剂组的白蛋白含量在断奶后14d显著高于对照组和缓释酸化剂组（P〈0．05），血清碱性磷酸酶活性在断奶后21d显著低于对照组和缓释酸化剂组外（P〈0．05），2种酸化剂对其余各指标的作用效果差异并不显著（P〉0.05）。结果提示，缓释酸化剂相对普通酸化剂并无明显优势。

The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of acidifier and slow-relea se acidifier on growth performance, serum biochemical indices and pH value of gastrointestinal tract in weaning pigs. A total of 270 healthy piglets were randomly allotted to 3 groups with 3 replicates and 30 piglets per replicate. The piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet without any acidifier addition while other piglets in the acidifier group and slow-release acidifier group were fed the same basal diet supplemented with 0.2% acidifier and 0.2% slow-release acidifier respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that both acidifier and slow-release acidifier significantly reduced F/G through the whole experiment, improved ADG of piglets during 14-28 days after weaning （P〈0.05）, ADFI of piglets were also significantly increased by the treatment of slow-release acidifier during 14-28 days after weaning. The pH value of colonic contents in slow-release acidifier group was significant lower than those in control group and acidifier group, while IgA concentration on d 21 and 42 post-weaning was significant higher. In addition, ALB concentration in acidifier group was higher than those in control group and acidifier group on d 14 post-weaning, while AKP activity was lower than those in control group and acidifier group on d 21 post-weaning. Meanwhile, the other parameters showed no remarkable difference by the impact of these two acidifiers. The results indicated that the overall effect of slow-release acidifier on weaning piglets revealed no obvious advantages compared to acidifier.
