钻杆接头离子渗氮处理组织和性能研究 被引量:1

Microstructure and Properties of Nitrided Layer Obtained by Ion Nitriding on Drill Pipe Joints

摘要 钻杆接头是石油钻柱的重要组成部分,其硬度和耐蚀性是钻杆接头性能的重要指标。通过离子渗氮处理后、利用OM、EPMA、XRD分析了金相组织、元素分布和物相;利用显微硬度计和M283恒电位仪与M352测试分析软件对硬度、耐蚀性进行分析。结果表明:37CrMoMn钢钻杆接头经过离子渗氮后,白亮层约6μm,渗氮层厚约200μm,主要由ζ-Fe2N、ε-Fe3N、Cr2N等增强相组成,显微硬度和耐蚀性都提高到基体的2倍左右。 Drill pipe joints are an important part of the oil drill string, the hardness and corrosion resistance of that are important indicators of the performance of the tool joints. After ion nitriding treatment, the microstructure, element distribution and phase were investigated by means of OM, EPMA, XRD; hardness and corrosion resistance were analyzed by microhardness tester,M283 potentiostat test and M352 analysis software. The results show that:the white layer on 37CrMoMn tool joints after ion nitriding is about 6μm, nitriding thickness is about 200μm, mainly consists ofζ-Fe2N,ε-Fe3N, Cr2N etc. enhanced phase, microhardness and corrosion resistance are up to about 2 times of the substrate.
