摘要
设计的特点是提高了电解液的低温阻燃性能,通过阻燃剂达到目的。制作方法是优选磷酸酯类材料及2,2,2-三氟乙基亚磷酸酯加入到电解液中来实现的。电解液的低温性能,通过制造冰点低,导电率高的有机溶剂的多元溶剂并添加改性聚二甲基硅氧烷和特殊添加剂来实现。拓宽了电解液六氟磷酸锂材料的应用范围,是使用国产六氟磷酸锂成为了可能,降低了生产成本。
The performances of low temperature and flame retardant of the electrolyte were improved by adding the flame retardant.First,the electrolyte was prepared by the optimization of phosphate ester materials and tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl) phosphate; Second, the performance of low temperature was achieved by adding mixed organic solvents with low freezing point and high conductivity, modified polydimethylsiloxane and special additives. Third, the application range of LiPF6 was widened, it was possible that the domestic-made LiPF6 was used, and the production cost was reduced.
