摘要
以三种不同硫含量的混合丁烷为原料,在相同工艺条件下,对丁烷脱氢Pt-Sn催化剂的催化性能进行了比较,结果表明:原料中的硫含量是影响催化剂催化性能及寿命的一个重要因素,硫含量越高,其寿命越短,选择性和转化率下降速率越快。烧焦再生后的催化剂活性无法恢复。
The catalytic function of butane Pt-Sn dehydrogenation catalyst were compared under the same process conditions, using three kinds of mixture butane with different sulfur content as raw material. The results show that:sulfur content is an important factor to influence the catalytic performance and life of Pt-Sn catalyst, the higher the sulfur content, the shorter the life, the faster the selectivity and the conversion rate decrease;the catalyst activity cannot recover by using coke-burning regeneration.
