摘要
我国许多油田的采油污水中含有一定量的硫化物,使污水对设备腐蚀加剧、处理难度加大。因此对含硫采油污水回注处理,不仅可回收部分原油,节约油田注水用的新鲜水资源;同时可解决排放污染问题。本文对含硫采油污水回注处理工艺进行了设计,对沉降罐、反应器、过滤器等处理设备进行了设计计算与选型,使处理后水达到了回注水指标。
The produced water of most oilfields in China contains a certain amount of sulfide. The sulfide increases the corrosion of equipments, and makes the produced water become more difficultly to be treated. So reinjection of treated sulfur-containing produced water, not only can recover partial crude oil, but also can save fresh water. Simultaneously, the problem of pollution emissions can also be solved. In this paper, the sulfur produced water treatment process was designed. Settlement tanks, reactor, filters and other equipments were designed and selected. The results show that treated wastewater can achieve the reinjection standard.
