阳离子树脂静态交换-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤样品中的微量碘

Determination of Trace Iodine Content in Soil by Static Exchange With Cation Resin and ICP-MS Method

土壤样品碱熔后，采用阳离子树脂进行静态交换，电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）作为分析方法检测土壤中的微量碘。方法检出限为0.018×10-6，变异系数（RSD，n=6）为0.51%~4.17%，加标回收率在93.79%~107.73%之间，测定结果准确可靠、满足分析要求。

After the alkali-melting process treated the soil sample,cation resin was used for static exchange,then trace iodine in soil was determined by ICP-MS. The method detection limit was 0.018×10-6, the variation coefficient （RSD=6） was 0.51%~4.17%,the recovery rate of standard addition was 93.79%~107.73%,the result is quite accurate and satisfied.
