摘要 以NaY、ZSM-5、5A型分子筛等为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列负载金属离子的改性分子筛吸附剂,并用于低碳烃类脱二甲醚。考察了分子筛载体、金属离子、金属离子负载量等对分子筛吸附剂脱二甲醚性能的影响。采用XRD、BET、SEM等分析手段对Zn2+改性NaY型分子筛吸附剂进行了表征,并探讨了吸附脱二甲醚的机理。结果表明,负载Zn2+的NaY型分子筛吸附剂对二甲醚脱除效果较好,适宜的吸附条件为常温、压力0.6MPa、体积液时空速1h-1。吸附剂具有较好的再生性能,3次再生后依然保持较高的活性。 A series of adsorbents based on modified NaY, ZSM-5 and 5A zeolites were prepared via incipient impregnation method and were used for dimethyl ether removal from low carbon hydrocarbons. The effects of the types of zeolite supports, metal ions and their loading on the dimethyl ether removal were investigated. The zeolite adsorbents were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption and SEM, and the adsorption mechanism of dimethyl ether removal was studied as well. The results indicated that the NaY zeolite adsorbents loaded with Zn2+ had the best performance for removing dimethyl ether from low carbon hydrocarbons. The optimal adsorption conditions were ambient temperature, pressure of 0.6 MPa, LHSV of 0.1 h-1. The prepared adsorbents possessed good regenerability, and the activity kept stable after three times of regeneration.
