摘要
CO2的温室效应已成为国际政治争论的焦点之一,身为一个负责任的大国,中国已经明确提出2020年减排目标。作为排放大户的炼油企业,在这场减排之战中扮演着重要的角色。从CO2变废为宝的视角出发,以CO2回收为过渡,通过规划CO2的物理、化学、生物应用三条产业链,探索炼油厂碳利用路径,在收获环境效益的同时,更给炼油厂带来经济和社会双重效益。为实施低碳和可持续发展之路,炼油厂应提早谋划。近期,重点发展CO2-EOR产业链;近中期,着重发展CO2-碳酸二甲酯-聚碳酸酯产业链;远期目标则是发展微藻生物柴油技术,建立生物炼油厂。
The greenhouse effect of CO2 has been one of bone of contention in international politics. China, a responsible world power country, has announced officially emission reduction target for 2020, while refineries as the large emission sources, inevitably play a significant role in the war of reduction. In the view of CO2 turning waste into wealth, followed the transition of COzrecovery, it is aimed to explore the route to carbon utilization of refineries by means of the plan of CO2 industry chains from three aspects of the physical, chemical, biological application. As a consequence, environmental benefits will be obtained, at the same time refineries can gain the economic and social effectiveness. For implementation the route of low-carbon and sustainable development, refineries ought to plan ahead of time, that is, in the short term, CO2-EOR industry chain should be a focus point, and to meet mid-to-long-term, the development of CO2-dimethyl earbonate-polycarbonate industry chain be supposed to emphasize. Of course, long-dated goal is to develop the technology of microalgae-based biodiesel and build biorefineries.
