摘要 采用Moldflow 3D技术设计了一种螺纹管接头注塑模。针对该螺纹管接头的特殊结构(具有两段内螺纹和一段外螺纹),注塑模脱螺纹设计中,两段内螺纹采用了动定模同步自动绞牙机构,外螺纹采用了滑块脱螺纹机构;另外为防止抽芯时制品粘在滑块螺纹上,并让制品充分冷却,设计了延缓自动顶出机构。结果表明:模具设计合理,塑件脱模顺利,产品质量达到设计要求。该注塑模的同步自动绞牙机构设计及Moldflow 3D技术的应用为其他同类产品的开发提供了有价值的参考。 The injection mould of threaded pipe fitting was designed with Moldflow 3D technology. The structure of threaded pipe fitting with two internal threads and one external thread was special. The automatic synchronized thread demoulding mechanism in two internal threads on the fixed half and moving half was designed in the injection mould, as well as the thread demoulding mechanism of slider in the external thread. Moreover, the automatic postponed ejector mechanism was designed in order to prevent the product from sticking on thread of the slider while the slider was pulled away, and to cool the product enough. The results show that the mould design is reasonable, the product can be demoulded smoothly and the quality can meet the design requirements. The application of automatic synchronized thread demoulding mechanism and Moldflow 3D technology can provide a valuable reference for the development of the same products.
