摘要
详细介绍了全电动注射机中五点斜排双曲肘锁模机构的设计过程,建立了动模板行程、速度、合模力和丝杆行程、速度、推力之间的数学模型,并利用该数学模型和运动仿真软件绘制出了最佳特性曲线。结果表明:通过该特性曲线可以直观地判断锁模机构设计的合理性。该方法也是锁模机构优化设计的一种有效途径。
The design process of diagonal five-point double-toggle clamping unit in all electric injection molding machine was introduced, and the mathematical model between stroke, speed, power for movable plate and stroke, speed, thrust for lead screw was established. The optimal characteristic curve was drawn out by the mathematical model and simulation software. The results show that the design rationality of the clamping unit can be judged intuitively through the characteristic curve. The method is also an effective way to optimize the design.
