气相色谱法同时测定玉米中氯氟吡氧乙酸和辛酰溴苯腈残留 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究氯氟吡氧乙酸和辛酰溴苯腈在玉米植株、土壤和籽粒中的残留分析方法。[方法]玉米植株、土壤和籽粒中的氯氟吡氧乙酸和辛酰溴苯腈经乙腈提取后,用SPE柱净化、浓缩、定容,用气相色谱仪进行测定。[结果]氯氟吡氧乙酸和辛酰溴苯腈的最小检出量分别为1.5×10^-3、3×10^-4ng,最低检测质量分数分别为2×10^-3、5×10^-4mg/kg,平均回收率在74.2%-110.5%之间,变异系数为0.74%~7.13%[结论]该方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求。 [Aims] The residue analysis method of fluroxypyr and bromoxynil octanoate in corn plant, soil and maize was developed. [Methods] Fluroxypyr and bromoxynil octanoate in corn plant, soil and maize was extracted by acetonitrile, purified by the column of SPE and concentrated and then determined by GC. [Results] The limit of detection of fluroxypyr and bromoxynil octanoate were 1.5×10^- 3, 3 ×10^-4 ng, and minimum determination concentration of fluroxypyr and bromoxynil octanoate were 2×10^-3, 5 ×10^- 4 mg/kg respectively. The average recoveries ranged from 74.2 to 110.5% with a coefficient variationbetween 0.74 to 7.13%. [Conclusions] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method meet with the requirements of the pesticide residue analysis.
