5%氟虫脲可分散液剂对韭蛆的室内毒力测定及田间防效 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]通过室内毒力测定和田间药效试验评价5%氟虫脲可分散液剂对韭蛆的防治效果。[方法】分别用胃毒触杀法和常规喷雾法进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。【结果】5%氟虫脲可分散液剂和48%毒死蜱乳油对韭蛆4龄幼虫的LC50值分别为9.82、5.48mg/L,二者毒力无显著差异;5%氟虫脲可分散液剂1667~1000ga.i./hm2对韭蛆的防效为94.24%~95.39%,优于48%毒死蜱乳油常规剂量。【结论】5%氟虫脲可分散液剂是防治韭蛆的理想药剂,可单独使用,也可与其他低毒速效杀虫剂混合使用。 [Aims] The control efficacy of flufenoxuron 5% DC against Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang was determined by laboratory toxicity test and field trials. [Methods] Laboratory toxicity test and field trials were carried out by contact and stomach method and routine spraying method in field. [Results] The indoor toxicity of flufenoxuron 5% DC was equivalent to chlorpyrifos 48 EC, and the LC50values were 9.82 and 5.48 mg/L, respectively. The control activity of flufenoxuron 5% DC at the dosage of 667 to 1000 g a.i./ha in against B. odoriphaga was 94.24 to 95.39%, superior to that of ehlorpyrifos 48% EC at the dosage of 6400 g a.i./ha. [Conclusions] Flufenoxuron 5% DC is an effective and safe insecticide to control B. odoriphaga. It could be used as a single solution or mixtures with other low poisonous and fastacting insecticides.
