摘要
本实验以山羊瘤胃液为样品,建立了反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定乙酸、丙酸和丁酸等挥发性脂肪酸含量的方法。结果表明:甲醇与0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(pH=2.6)比例为28∶72时可很好地分离乙酸、丙酸和丁酸,回收率均大于83%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于0.67%。
Goat rumen fluid was used to establish a method of determination acetic,propionic and butyric acid by using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).The results showed that:acetic,propionic and butyric acid could be well separated by the methanol mixed with sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (0.01 mol/L pH=2.6) by 28∶72,and the recoveries of the three volatile fatty acids (VFA)were larger than 83%,relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 0.67%.
