摘要
分析砂墩子矿动力显现条件下的大断面巷道原有支护失效的原因,运用高预应力一次支护理论,通过加大锚杆锚索的预紧力和增大构件的护表面积,提高初始一次支护的刚度和强度,并用数值模拟优化了支护参数。井下试验表明,锚杆锚索受力正常、巷道变形处于安全可控范围,实现了锚喷一次支护。
The paper analyzed the previous support failure causes of the large cross section under the dynamic behaviorconditions in Shaduenzi Mine. With the pre -stress enhanced on large bolt and anchor and the surface protection area ofthe structure parts increased, the high pre - stress primary support theory was applied to improve the rigidity and strengthof the initial primary support. The support parameters were optimized with the numerical simulation. The undergroundmine trial showed that the stress of the bolt and anchor was normal, the deformation of the roadway was in a safe andcontrollable scope and the bolt and shotcreting primary support was realized.
