摘要
福城煤矿1302南切眼跨度大,顶板厚层泥岩破碎范围大、破坏严重,采用普通锚网支护技术巷道维护困难。基于此,论文研究了不稳定厚层泥岩顶板条件下大跨度切眼围岩内外承载结构控制原理,提出了高强锚杆(索)、高锚固点(大锚固范围)及高承载结构的"三高"支护技术,确定了以高强度长锚杆、加厚"W"钢带、钢筋网、高预应力长锚索梁及单体支柱的联合支护形式,实现了巷道围岩的稳定控制。
The span of the open - off cut of No. 1302 S coal mining face in Fucheng Mine was large and the broken scopeof the roof thick mudstone was large and the failure was serious. A conventional bolt - steel mesh support technology wouldbe difficult to maintain mine roadway. Therefore, the paper had a study on the internal and external loading structurecontrol principle of the surrounding rock along the large span open - off cut under the condition of the unstable thickmudstone roof and provided the "three high" support technologies of the high strength bolt (anchor), high anchoring point( large anchoring scope) and high loading structure. A combined support method with a high strength long bolt, extra thick"W" steel band, reinforced bar mesh, high pre - stressed long anchor beam and single prop was determined. A stablecontrol of the surrounding rock along the roadway was realized.
