煤层冲刷带定向钻进勘探技术研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 为探明补连塔煤矿12520工作面两组冲刷带的地质情况,根据12煤层条件,提出先探冲刷带连续性、再探冲刷带展布规律的"分步勘探"定向钻进方案,采用"分支孔式"与"波浪线式"组合工艺,施工了定向钻孔TC1#主孔及20个分支孔,进行了冲刷带连续性和展布规律勘探,并从勘探精度和地质解释两方面分析了勘探效果。结果表明,12520工作面两组冲刷带连续为同一冲刷带,且煤层最薄处仅0.4m,严重影响采煤作业,应根据3m煤厚圈闭区域调整采煤方案。 In order to prove the geological conditions of two group scouring zones in No. 12520 coal mining face of BuliantaMine, according to the condition of No. 12 seam, it was first to prove a continuity of the scouring zone and then to provethe "step by step exploration" directional drilling plan for the distribution law of the scouring zone. A "branch hole" and"wave line" combined technology was applied to construct the directional borehole with TC1 # main borehole and 20 branchboreholes. An exploration was conducted on the continuity and distribution law of the scouring zone. The explorationeffects were analyzed from the exploration accuracy and geological explanation aspects. The results showed that the twogroup scouring zone in No. 12520 coal mining face continued to be a same scouting zone. The thinner thickness of the seamwas only 0. 4m and would seriously affect to the mining operation. The mining plan should be adjusted with the 3m seamthickness closed area.
