人的现代化视域下高校体育教育的本体与辐射效应及其实现对策研究

Research on Ontology and Radiation Effects According Strategies of Sports Education in College and University from the Perspect of Modernization

新时期高校体育教育不应只局限于完成学校体育教学目标,它还被赋予了新的历史使命,这即是高校体育教育的本体效应与辐射效应。研究认为,为了更好发挥高校体育教育在人的现代化建设中的本体效应与辐射效应应该重点做好优化高校体育教育的师资队伍;构建科学、合理的高校体育教育内容与评价体系;鼓励并加强教师的科研行为;改变高校体育资源的生成、运作和管理模式;提供必要的场馆设施、器材和后勤保障。

College physical education should not only be confined to complete the school sports teaching goal for it being endowed with new historical mission in the new era is the ontology of colleges and universities sports education effect and radiation effect.Research suggests that in order to better play to the modernization construction of the university sports education in the ontology effect and radiation effect we should focus on optimization of college physical education teachers,constructing a scientific and reasonable university sports education content and evaluation system,encouraging and strengthening teachers＇ scientific research behavior,changing the formation of sports resources in colleges and universities which induding its operation and management mode,providing necessary facilities,equipment and logistics support.
