生长调节剂对马尾松扦插效果及内源物质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交试验设计,研究了4种生长调节剂促进生根效果。结果表明:ABT1号生根粉和吲哚丁酸促进生根作用显著,以100mg/L的ABT1号生根粉+100ml/L的吲哚丁酸为最佳,α-萘乙酸和6-BA对生根效果影响不显著,但0.5ml/L的6-BA对ABT1号生根粉和吲哚丁酸有辅助作用。经过生长调节剂处理的穗条,在扦插初期内源抑制物的浓度高于未经处理的穗条,在生根过程中内源抑制物开始下降直到穗条生根。 In order to find the optimal ratio of growth regulator and explore its effect on the endogenous inhibi- tory substances, the impacts of 4 kinds of growth regulators on rooting of the masson pine cuttings were studied by or- thogonal experimental design. The results showed that both ABT1 rooting powder and indole butyric acid had signifi- cant effect on rooting, and the combination effect of 100 ppm ABT1 and 100 ppm Indole butyric acid was the best; effects of α - naphthylacetic acid and 6 - BA on rooting were not significant, but 0. 5ppm 6 - BA could enhance the activities of ABT1 and indole butyric acid; the concentration of endogenous inhibitors in treated cuttings was higher than control at the beginning, while it gradually declined at the rooting process.
