硬叶兜兰菌根真菌的形态学特征与鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 将采集获得的野生硬叶兜兰植株,采用新单菌丝团分离法,分离纯化后,获得6株菌根真菌。对6株内生菌的菌落形态、产孢结构和分生孢子形状、大小作了测量与观察及一些生物学特性初步鉴定,结果为5株菌根真菌分别属于瘤菌根菌属(Epulorhiza)、胶膜菌属(Tulasnella)和镰刀菌属(Fusariu),未鉴定1种。 by using the method of single peloton isolation and purification, six mycorrhizal endophyte strains were obtained from a wild plant of Paphiopedilum micranthum. These endophytes were then morphologically studied for the colony, the conidiogenous structures and the spores, based on which 5 strains were preliminarily identified to genera of Epulorhiza, Tulasnella and Fusariu, while the remainder was still unidentified
