摘要 为满足混合动力汽车行驶中功率的实际需求,以降低燃油消耗为目标,进行了ISG型PHEV动力总成系统的参数匹配研究。依据车辆动力学理论确定了动力总成各主要部件的功率需求,并进行了参数匹配设计;基于Cruise软件平台搭建整车仿真模型,结合Matlab/Simulink环境下建立的控制策略模型,实现了ISG整车模型的动力性仿真验证。仿真结果表明:采用的动力匹配方法正确,所设计的ISG型PHEV能够实现设定的预期目标,发动机工作性能得到改善,燃油经济性得到提高,为PHEV总成的实车研发提供了参考依据。 The purpose of this paper is to study the parameter validation of ISG-PHEV power-train system, so as to satisfy the actual power demand that is required in HEV running condition and reduce the fuel consumption. Using vehicle dynamic theory to meet the power demands for power-train system components and to design parameters is described in the paper. Based on Cruise software platform to build the complete vehicle simulation model, the simulation of dynamic property of ISG vehicle has been realized using the control strategy model established in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that adopting the available power validation meet method can reache the desired target that was designed in the development process, and the engineperformance has been improved, at the same time fuel economy has been upgraded.
