为了提高玻璃升降器的质量可靠性和操作平稳性,文章通过对车门玻璃及玻璃升降器的运动分析,介绍了玻璃升降器的运动平面及有效行程的确定和玻璃升降器中位线、主臂旋转中心和玻璃升降器的举升区的布置原则,并进行玻璃升降器整体尺寸的确定。以某车型为例,对臂式玻璃升降器结构及电机进行设计,满足上升或下降时间<4 s的要求,并在实际生产中得到验证。

In order to improve the reliability and operation smoothness of window lifter, this paper introduces the motion plane of window lifter, the definition of active distance, the center line, the rotating center of main arm and layout of lifting area by analyzing the door glass and window lifter. At the same time the overall dimension of window lifter is defined. Taking a car as an example to design the structure of window and electric motor is illustrated in the paper, and to meet the requirements that the time for lifting up and down is less than 4 s.
