摘要
为解决电动助力转向系统(EPS)减速机构的自动生成问题,文章以UG为软件开发平台,利用Visual C++编程调用UG/OPEN API函数的方法,编写了API程序,通过UIStyler对话框设计,以及API应用程序设计的集成,完成了EPS减速机构模型模块的开发。应用实例表明:开发的EPS减速机构模型模块,用户界面友好,能随着用户输入参数的变化而正确地变化,实现了在UG中直接生成EPS减速机构零部件模型的功能。采用模块化设计,大大降低了产品设计和结构优化的时间,为汽车EPS产品的结构和性能优化奠定必要的基础。
In order to overcome the automatic generation in reduction gear of EPS, using UG as the development tool to program API, based on Visal C++. Using UIStyle and API integration to develop reduction gear module is described in this paper. The interface between the customer and the module of reduction gear is easy to operate, it varies with the input data of the customer,directly generates the functions that is utilized in the module of reduction gear. The modularization greatly has shortened the development time, it will provide the foundation for the optimization of EPS configuration and performance.
