摘要
汽车空调风道送风性能的好坏直接影响乘员舱的热舒适性。对某汽车空调风道系统进行了CFD仿真计算,重点分析了空调风道的速度分布、压力分布和流量分配,并基于这些流动特征对空调风道设计的合理性进行了评估。计算结果表明:该汽车空调风道分风合理,出风口相对速度适中,两侧出风口速度分布的均匀性稍差;在空调风道流场内,没有涡流产生,流通能力强。其系统设计合理,该研究对汽车空调风道设计以及风道送风性能提高具有参考价值。
The performance of vehicle air conditioning duct system has direct impact on thermal comfort of passengers. Numerical simulation on certain vehicle air conditioning duct system was conducted by computational fluid dynamics(CFD), velocity field,pressure field and air distribution were studied, and the structure of air conditioning duct was evaluated based on these flow characteristics. Results showed that the air distribution of air-conditioning duct was reasonable; relative velocities of four outlets were moderate; the uniformity of both side outlets were not good; the air-conditioning duct had strong flow capacity without eddy currents in its flow field. The design of the air conditioning duct system is reasonable. The research will give important reference information for design and improvement of vehicle air conditioning duct.
