摘要
为使传感器能满足变速器对信号的严格要求,在一款湿式双离合器自动变速器上进行霍尔转速传感器匹配开发。经过信号处理芯片选型、接口电路的匹配、传感器布置设计、台架和整车验证等,表明霍尔转速传感器性能正常,传感器能采集零转速、正反转速以及最高10 000 r/min的转速信号,TCU能正确识别传感器输出信号,变速器与转速信号相关的控制功能表现正常。
Developing and validating Hall rotational speed sensor in a wet dual clutch transmission to meet the strict signal requirements which is required by transmission is illustrated in this paper. Hall rotational speed sensor presents a good behavior through type selection of signal processing chip, interface circuit matching check, sensors layout design, bench test and complete vehicle test validation. Hall rotational speed sensor can acquire the signal of rotational speed at the conditions of zero speed,forward and reverse rotational speed and highest speed up to 10 000 r/min. TCU can correctly recognize output signals of speed sensor, and the transmission function control related to rotational speed signals has good performance.
