摘要
阶次分析方法是汽车NVH问题分析与优化的有效工具。阐述了阶次噪声的基本原理,结合案例介绍了常规轰鸣问题原因排查思路。在问题分析过程中,借助阶次分析方法锁定问题频率;在问题优化过程中,应用CAE模态分析快速找到优化方案。研究发现,通过优化共振问题来解决车内单一噪声峰值问题,可降低车内噪声的很多峰值。该方法为类似问题的分析、优化和解决提供了一定的参考。
Order noise analysis is an efficient method to analyze and optimize car NVH. This paper introduces the fundamental principles of order noise combined with an actual case to check the problem of booming. The paper illustrates a method to show how to identify the frequency of a booming noise, at the same time using CAE module to formulate the optimization is described.The results show that many interior noise peaks will also be reduced if the resonance optimization can decrease vehicle interior mono noise peak.
