摘要
汽车塑料耐老化性能的评价方法主要有自然老化法和人工加速光老化法。由于自然老化法可控性差,现今主要以人工加速光老化法再现塑料抗老化性能。介绍了人工加速光老化光源的选择以及试验的确定和性能评价指标。通过相关性分析可实现不同辐照度的转化。可通过高分子结构改性、配方中添加防老化剂以及物理防护来防止汽车塑料老化。指出应对老化机理进行更深入和具体的分析,从而找到光老化失效的根源,探索汽车塑料防老化更有效的途径。
Evaluation method for anti-aging performance includes natural aging and artificial accelerated light-aging. Artificial accelerated light-aging is used in anti-aging of vehicle plastic due to uncontrollable natural aging. This paper introduces how to select the light source when adopting the artificial accelerated light-aging method to evaluate anti-aging performance, and illustrates the performance evaluation index. Radiant intensity can be changed. Anti-aging of vehicle plastic includes polymer structure improvement, anti-aging agent filling and physical protection.
