摘要
介绍了JG-25/3.82-T型稻壳流化床锅炉的开发过程、结构特点,深入分析了农业废弃物——稻壳的特性、燃烧机制。介绍了笔者在锅炉设计中成功采用高低差速床燃烧技术,焚烧稻壳的研制心得。
The development of the JG-25/3.82-T ricehusk-fired fluidizedbed boiler and its structural characteristics were introduced, and the characters and combustion principles of industrial rejectamenta-residue of rice-husk were deeply analyzed. The successful experiences of rice-husk-residuce combustion with high-low bed combustion technology in boiler design were introduced, and supplied a good way for the general usage of high-moisture low-caloric industrial rejectamenta.
