摘要
以自卸车电动轮行星齿轮为研究对象,针对因路况条件较差存在冲击载荷;且由于冬季低温,最低气温-30℃,材料脆性表现尤为突出,使得电动轮组成的主要部件——行星齿轮的寿命严重下降这一问题,在对大型运输设备使用情况调研的基础上,提出并采用了17CrNiMo6钢锻制齿轮调质处理,再经齿面渗碳淬火工艺,最终可达到能够在极端运输条件下获得理想的使用效果,达到大幅度提高行星齿轮寿命的目的。
This paper is based on the planetary gear service life in electric wheel dump trucks. The combination of poor road conditions and low temperatures in winter (minimum-30° C) contribute to the impact load that significantly increases the problem of the planetary gear to be more fragile and reducing service life in the process. Based on the investigation and research of use of large transportation equipment, this paper put forward and adopted the 17CrNiMo6 steel forged, gear-quenched and tempered tooth surface carburizing and quenching process, eventually achieved the ideal using effect in the extreme conditions of transportation, to greatly improve the service life of the planetary gear.
