依托实验室安全文化建设提升实验室安全工作水平

Improving laboratory safety management levels by building safety culture

作为学校教学、科研建设发展的前提,高校实验室安全问题已成为高校工作者长期关注的重要问题。该文从安全文化内涵入手,阐释实验室安全管理的本质,将实验室安全管理上升到实验室安全文化建设层面,依托天津大学"实验室安全文化月",进一步阐述实验室安全文化建设举措,力图转变管理方式,并由此建立一套长效的工作机制。

As a prerequisite for construction and development of teaching and scientific research ,the university laboratory safety is an important issue concerned by the long-term university workers .From the safety cultural connotation ,this paper explains the nature of laboratory safety management ,and makes the laboratory safety management up to safety culture construction .Relying on the Tianjin University “laboratory safety culture month ,” this paper further illustrates the laboratory safety culture construction measures ,and tries to change the way of management ,to establish a long-term working mechanism .
