信息通信(ICT)技术是推动社会经济进步的重要力量,也是国家战略发展的新兴产业方向之一。介绍了南京邮电大学信息与通信工程国家级实验教学示范中心的构建及中心实验实践教学实施的各个环节,重点探索了中心建设理念、实验实践教学体系、实验平台及辐射示范效应等,对信息类创新人才的培养进行了有益的探讨。

The information and communication （ICT） technology is not only an important promotion for social and economic progress ,but also a primary new industry defined by the national strategic development plans . The construction of National Information ＆ Communications Engineering Experiment Teaching Demonstration Center in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications （NJUPT ） is introduced along with implementation of the experimental practice teaching issues .Some important strategies and mechanisms for innovative personnel cultivation are proposed including construction idea and purpose ,experimental teaching system ,experimental platform ,and demonstration effect ,respectively .
