摘要
将高校仪器设备管理过程看作一个闭合的良性循环系统,在该系统中,计划、组织、领导、控制等4个管理环节是环环相扣、无缝对接的。强调了闭环管理的可调节性、动态性和可控性,它克服了仪器管理开环管理的弊端,最终可以提高仪器设备资源的投入产出比。仪器设备的闭环管理对仪器设备整个生命周期涉及的每一个管理环节加以监管,并及时反馈纠正偏差。文章提出高等学校仪器设备管理应充分发挥闭环管理的特点和优势,切实提高仪器设备投资效益。
The process of university equipment management is considered as a closed virtuous circle system ,in which four management links including planning ,organization ,leadership and control are interlocking and seamless docking .The adjustability ,dynamic ,and controllability of closed-loop management are emphasized , which overcomes the disadvantages of open-loop equipment management and ultimately improves the input-output ratio of equipment resources .The closed-loop equipment management can supervise every management link in the whole life of equipment and timely feedback to correct deviations . This article presents that university equipment management should give full play to the characteristics and advantages of the closed-loop management ,and effectively improve investment efficiency of equipment .
