青海省不同海拔地区汉、藏、回族妇女HPV感染及其HPV分型 被引量:11

摘要 目的初步探讨青海省不同海拔地区汉、藏、回族妇女HPV感染的分布情况,并分析青海省不同海拔地区妇女HPV感染与宫颈病变的量化关系。方法采用整群抽样的方法对来自西宁地区(海拔2260米)、海南地区(海拔3000米)及玉树地区(海拔4200米)的世居汉、藏、回族妇女采用核酸分子导流杂交基因分型技术进行HPV分型检测,总结分析HPV感染率异同和亚型分布特点。结果青海省不同民族HPV感染率及感染类型构成比较无显著性差异,感染类型均以单一感染为主;但不同地区不同民族HPV感染比较显示:西宁地区藏族HPV感染率最高;海南地区和玉树地区不同民族HPV感染率无差异。海南地区HPV感染率(16.48%)高于西宁地区(13.87%)和玉树地区(13.17%);感染类型三地区之间比较无显著性差异。青海省不同海拔地区汉、藏、回族妇女中HPV感染的亚型分布特点:西宁地区和海南地区高危基因型感染构成以HPV16、58、52、18型为主;而玉树地区高危基因型感染构成以HPV16、56、52、18型为主,三地区在检出的HPV阳性中高危型和低危型的构成无显著性差异。结论青海省不同海拔地区汉、藏、回族妇女HPV及亚型感染分布存在差异,不同民族间存在差异。进一步表明不同亚型HPV致病力不同。 Objective ties at different altitudes of To study the distribution of HPV infections among women of Han, Tibetan, Hui nationali- Qinghai, and to analyze the quantitative relationship between women's HPV infections and cervical lesions in these areas. Methods A cluster sampling method is applied to the native Han, Tibetan, Hui women from Xining ( altitude :2,260m) Hainan ( altitude : 3,000m) and Yushu ( altitude :4,200m) in Qinghai province for HPV genotyping test by using technology of nucleic acid molecule diversion hybridization, summarizing and analyzing the similarities and differences of HPV infection rates, as well as the characteristic of its subtypes distribution. Results HPV infection rates and infection types were not significantly different among the three different nationalities in Qinghai province, and the types of infections were mainly single. But among different areas and ethnic groups, the comparison showed as follows:in Xining, the highest HPV infection rate was Tibetan. There was no significant difference in infection rate among different nationalities in Hainan and Yushu. HPV infection rate in Hainan ( 16.48% ) was higher than that of Xining( 13.87% ) and Yushu( 13.17% ). The type of HPV infections among the three regions was not significantly different. Subtype distribution of HPV infections among Han,Tibetan, Hui women at different altitudes in Qinghai was characterized as follows:high -risk genotype infections in Xining and Hainan were mainly HPV16, HPV58, HPV52, HPV18, while the high-risk genotype infections in Yushu were mainly HPV16, HPV56, HPV52, HPV18. Among HPV positive in detection, there were no significant differences in the types of high - risk and low risk HPV infections in the three areas. Conclusions There is a significant difference in HPV infection rates and its subtype distribution among women of Han, Tibetan, Hui nationalities at different altitudes in Qinghai, which will further indicate that the pathogenicity of different subtypes of HPV are different.
