流体动力学能量方程实验设备抽排气研究

摘要 一般圆管的液体流动过程中通常混有气体,管流是液体与气体的两相流动。实验依靠能量方程实验设备把低位水箱的水输送至高位水箱形成恒定流,由下水管送到实验区,当流量增大时串入大量气体,测量点参数完全失效。采用新研究的液气两相流抽气装置有效克服了气体串入实验管段,保证实验管路为满管流,满足能量方程、能量损失的科学实验。 Liquid flow process in a circular tube is generally usually mixed with gas.The flow is liquid and gas two-phase flow.The water is transported from the high water tank to low water tank form a constant flow,the pipe to the experimentation area.When the flow rate increases,large amounts of gas can be brought into the pipe.It makes measuring point parameters complete failure.Adopting innovative research of gas liquid two phase flow extraction devices can effectively overcome the gas into the experimental section,to ensure the experimental pipeline for full pipe flow.The device meets the energy equation,energy losses of scientific experiments.
