摘要
从贡山三尖杉枝叶中通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析、制备薄层层析等方法分得7个化合物。波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和质谱)确定它们的结构分别为11-hydroxyhainanolidol (1), fortunolide A (2),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (3),3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4),sitosteryl-3β-glucoside-6′-O-palmitate (5),β-sitosterol (6),daucosterol (7),化合物1~5系首次从贡山三尖杉中分离得到。
Seven compounds (1~7 ) were extracted and isolated from the twigs and leaves of Cephalotaxus lanceolata by repeated chromatography.There structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis (^1 H-NMR,^13 C-NMR and EI-MS )to be 1 1-hydroxyhainanolidol (1 ),fortunolide A (2 ),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (3 ), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4 ), sitosteryl-3β-glucoside-6′-O-palmitate (5),β-sitosterol (6),daucosterol (7).Compounds 1 ~5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
