摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,以羽毛球选项课为例,对山西省普通大学生参与体育选项课认知状况进行了调查,研究结果表明:山西省普通高校大学生参与选项课学习动机明确,通过学习对所选运动项目的认识情况提升明显;同时对制约认知提升的主客观因素进行了归纳总结,旨在为高校公共体育选项课程发展提供参考。
Through the application of the literature method,experts questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method,including the awareness level of the students. as follows:The majority students have the enthusiasm to participate in the sport activities and to cultivate the physical exercise habit;before received the professional badminton education, most students have gained the certain background information for the badminton and the purpose of the selecting badminton course is to strengthen the physical constitution, improve the badminton skill and make more friends.
