摘要
基于广东省、安徽省68县(区)的调查研究表明,农民合作社的综合异化度为52.49%,农民合作社异化现象十分普遍。合作社异化主要有3个主因子:事前异化包括按市价收购、入股筹资、重视社员培训和盈余返还,事中异化指一人一票制度,事后异化指入社自愿原则。以此作为解释变量,构建多元线性回归模型考察其对农民合作社绩效的影响。结果表明:3个异化因子分别对合作社绩效产生显著且不同程度的负面影响,其中,事前异化因子对6个变量均具有显著的解释力,事中异化因子对"较同行业竞争力"及对"组织成员认同度"不具有显著的解释力,事后异化因子仅对"帮助成员增加收入"不具有显著的解释力。
Based on the 127 farmers' cooperatives questionnaire from 68 counties(prefectures) in Guangdong and Anhui provinces, this paper found out that the comprehensive alienation degree of farmer' cooperatives was 52.49% which suggested that the phenomena was common. Then it analyzed 3 alienation factors: prior alienation (market price to acquire, shares financing, attention membership training and surplus return), matter of alienation (one person, one ticket) and afterwards alienation (voluntary). Using these 3 factors as explanatory variables, the paper constructed a multiple linear regression model to investigate the alienation's impact on the performance of farmers' cooperatives. The results showed that 3 alienation factors had significant and various degree negative impact on performance of the cooperatives', among them, the prior alienation factor had significant explanatory power to the 6 variables, the matter of alienation factor did not have any significant explanatory power to two variables, namely industry competition and the organization degree of recognition, and the afterwards alienation factor had no significant explanatory power to the variable of help members increase the average annual income either.
