摘要
江华同志在担任最高人民法院院长期间的政法思想和实践对法治中国的影响力不言而喻。其思想主要表现为依法办事,树立法治的权威性;程序正义,用正当程序维护社会秩序;罪刑法定,捍卫公民基本人权等三个方面。
As the President of the Supreme People＇ s Court, Jiang Hua has a strong impact on the legal thoughts and practice through the rule of law with Chinese characters. His thoughts mainly embody the following three aspects： acting by law and building the supremacy of law; making procedural justice and maintaining social order under due process; and enacting prescribed punishment for a specified crime to protect human rights.
