本文分析了学术诚信、学术不端、学术规范的概念及其相互关系,认为从标准上把握学术不端的"脉"和"度",从制度和法律上规范高校的学术道德行为,从技术和服务上引导和支持高校的学术道德建设,从教育上加强高校的学术规范和学术道德,是加强高校学术道德建设的主要思路和对策。

This thesis analyzes the concepts of academic honesty, academic cheat and academic criterion, and gets the ways and counter measures to reinforce the construction of academic morals at universities. That is, we should define the term and the scope of academic cheat by the standard, standardize the academic morals＇ behavior at the universities by the rules and laws, guide and support the construction of academic morals at the universities in the technology and the service, and strengthen the academic criterion and academic morals＇ education, etc.
