摘要
回顾了中国传统书院文化、杏林文化和以此为主体的书院制建立的文化动因,分析了书院文化和杏林文化对医护专业学生的教育价值,从管理机构、导师制、学生组织、学生活动等方面介绍了深职院杏林书院的运行机制,回顾了杏林书院模式建立以来的学生管理和育人模式的实践,提出了杏林书院模式对学生管理模式改革的启示。
This paper reviews the traditional Chinese academy culture and Xinglin (a metaphor for practicing medicine in Chinese) culture, describes the cultural motivation of academy development, and analyzes the educational value of academy culture and Xinglin culture for medical and nursing students. The operating mechanism of Xinglin Academy in Shenzhen Polytechnic is studied from aspects such as management institutions, mentoring, student organizations and student activities. A summary on student management and its practice since the founding of Xinglin Academy is made, and its exemplary function is also pointed out.
