Development,Problems and Countermeasures in Industrial Design Industry:A Case Study of Luohu District in Shenzhen

罗湖区的外观设计产业发展状况具有其自身特点,但同时也是很多城市外观设计产业发展的缩影。从外观设计产业发展状况而言,黄金珠宝产业当之无愧是罗湖区外观设计龙头产业。本文结合罗湖区外观设计产业存在的问题,总结出外观设计产业发展的具体对策,包括完善扶持政策、设立知识产权法庭、建设创意产业园、健全知识产权人才和服务体系,以及加强知识产权培训和教育。

Industrial design industry in Luohu District has characteristics of its own, which, at the same time, is an epitome of the whole industry. Jewelry industry serves as the leading industry in Luohu District. To address problems in industrial design industry in Luohu, some approaches are put forward including improving supporting policies, setting up intellectual property court, developing innovation-themed industrial park, enhancing intellectual property service system, and strengthening intellectual property education.
