伴随中国企业海外并购的快速发展,关于海外并购文化风险问题的研究也日益增多。中国企业海外并购文化风险的特殊性以及文化风险要素指标的细化分类研究,海外并购文化整合中文化创新的机制研究,文化整合的目标和评估体系的拓深研究,海外并购文化风险管理中中国传统文化的定位和应用研究等几个方面将是中国企业海外并购文化风险管理的未来研究方向,而为中国企业海外并购提供系统的、操作性强的文化风险管理指导则是文化风险管理研究的最终目标。

With the rapid development of Chinese enterprises＇ merger and acquisition abroad, research on its cultural risk is on the rise. The trends of the research focuses on the following aspects such as unique features of the risk and its categories, the mechanism of cultural innovation, the objectives of cultural integration and appraisal system, and positioning of tradition Chinese culture in the process of cultural risk management. The integration of qualitative and quantitative, and empirical and prescriptive study will be the dominant research methods. A systematic and operational guidance on cultural risk management will be the ultimate objective of similar research.
