摘要
开滦林南仓矿-650 m水平巷道以深埋高应力和泥质软碎围岩为主要特征,普通的锚喷技术难以适应围岩的非线性大变形,通过分析高应力泥质软岩巷道的破坏机理及变形规律,提炼了主要支护难点并利用FLAC3D软件进行了模拟计算,优化了支护方法与参数,确定在支护难度较大的地段需匹配0.5 MPa以上支护强度,其实施方法为29U架棚壁后充填结合腿部锁腿和锚索强化,实践中取得了较好的技术经济效果,为同类巷道的施工提供了有益的指导和借鉴。
The main characteristics of -650 m level roadways are high stress and soft broken surrounding rock in Linnancang coal mine and the ordinary bolt-shotcrete technology can hardly adapt to the nonlinear large deformation of surrounding rock. By analyzing the failure mechanism and deformation rule of argillaceous soft rock roadway with high stress and optimizing supporting methods and parameters by FLAC3D numerical software, the paper determined the supporting plan, that 29U shed with backfilling and anchor cable reinforcement, for difficulty location. It achieves good technical and economic effects and provides useful guidance and reference for simi- lar roadway.
